Why am I passionate about Exercise Prescription?

Exercise is much more than just movement. Exercise allows people to take control of their own health and well-being and to manage conditions they may have been struggling with for a significant part of their life. If prescribed and delivered properly, there are no downsides to exercise: no nasty side effects. Every day Jake sees the difference that exercise has made in people’s lives. Why am I passionate about Exercise Prescription?

Being a part of medical team, I have seen both patients and their families suffer from all kinds of chronic diseases for most of their lives. Since working at Q Rehab, I have seen the positive effects of exercise and it has inspired me to become more physically active. Years from now, I would like to travel with my family and enjoy life rather than be visited in hospital and giving them emotional, physical and financial burden.
